Birthday Duo 2020

Happy Monday! It was a crazy good weekend with my son, and today is my final day off and I must return to the real world tomorrow while Jacob returns to school. Sad that my little vacay with my son is over, but it is what it is and I have to adult now.

Today we’re going to be looking at the Glisten & Glow Birthday Duo for 2020!

Jill celebrates her 39th birthday on the 8th and every year she does a little birthday release to celebrate! I also have the January Mystery polish to share, but I’ll be doing that in an upcoming post so it’s not forced on anyone coming to see the duo!

Both of these shades and the mystery shade will be releasing on January 10th – so get ready!

Glisten & Glow | Birthday Babe

Birthday Babe is a sapphire blue jelly base with bright blue aurora shimmer and pink to green shifting iridescent flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos, and the second set shows this shade with a matte top coat.

Glisten & Glow | Older & Wiser

Older & Wiser is my favorite of the two shades. This is a deep cornflower blue creme with pink to purple to green color shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos, and the second set shows it with a matte top coat.

Glisten & Glow | Birthday Duo 2020

Both of these are beautifully done, and I actually prefer them both with matte top coat! I still love the glossy, but the matte just brings out the shimmer and flakes so nicely!
