January 2019 Color Of The Month Duo

How is the weekend almost over already? It’s Sunday and almost time to start a new work week. To kick off the final day of the weekend we’ll be looking at the Girly Bits January Color of the Month Duo.

This month Girly Bits brings us a vampy duo – and I’m loving it! These are available to grab now, so let’s jump in and take a look and you can snag them in the shop through the month!

Girly Bits | Red Velvet

Red Velvet is a blackened red jelly base loaded with red metallic micro glitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This was my favorite of the duo, and I kinda want this style of polish done with a ton of colors. Purple especially.

After Midnight is a black jelly base loaded with silver micro glitter. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Girly Bits | January 2019 Color Of The Month Duo

I am in love with this duo, but Red Velvet stole my heart and I seriously want it in a range of colors – blue, magenta, purple, brown… just all of them.

While there is a lot of microglitter in both shades, I only needed 1 coat of top coat for a smooth finish. The texture was incredibly light so 1 coat was all it took.
