Recently Geekish Glitter Lacquer released a 4 piece collection perfect to wear alone – or to ombre together for a “Fade To Black” type look. Tonight I have that set to share – and it’s the Geekish Glitter Lacquer Fade To Black Collection!

All 4 shades are creme based with linear holo. As the shades get darker, the holo becomes more pronounced. Because I was sick for the end of February, I didn’t have time to gradient these as I planned, but I do have straight swatches to share.

Let’s jump in – we’ll move from lightest to darkest!

Geekish Glitter Lacquer | Sad But True

Sad But True is the lightest of the group. This is a light dove creme linear holographic. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Geekish Glitter Lacquer | The Unforgiven

The Unforgiven is a medium grey creme with a linear holographic. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Geekish Glitter Lacquer | Don’t Tread On Me

Don’t Tread On Me is a dark grey creme linear holographic. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Geekish Glitter Lacquer | Nothing Else Matters

Nothing Else Matters is a black creme linear holographic. This one shows the holo the strongest. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I enjoy collections like this. They offer various nail art abilities and if you are looking for a certain shade, there’s a higher chance of getting it within this. I’m kind of hoping Geekish Glitter Lacquer does more like this in other color families (coughpurplecough)

These are all available now. I only needed 2 coats for full opacity on all 4 shades. Very smooth application as well.
