Happy Thursday! I have a collection to share today that’s been in the works for a long time. And by a long time – I mean I have some initial bottles from this collection that I received almost 2 years ago (all of which did not make this new collection) so it’s been on the Ethereal Lacquer mind for awhile… and I’m so happy with how it came out! This is the Ethereal Lacquer Fruity Juicy Part 2 Collection!

The Ethereal Lacquer Fruity Juicy Part 2 Collection is releasing tomorrow night (July 29th) and it’s a 12 piece collection with a mix of cremes, holos and shimmers. The color assortment goes from light to dark so there is a nice variety going through.

The original Fruity Juicy Collection released in February of 2020 and it was half the size of this collection.

Ready to jump in and take a look?

Ethereal Lacquer | Cloudberry

Cloudberry is a bright red leaning orange jelly base packed with red to pink to orange to green shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Blueberry

Blueberry is a deep blue jelly base packed with intense blue to purple shifting shimmer which gives this shade an almost liquid metallic type appearance. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Darkberry

Darkberry is a rich, cool toned blackberry jelly base loaded with bright pink to orange shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy topcoat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Dreamberry

Dreamberry is a bright but semi sheer marine blue jelly base with intense red to copper to green shimmer mixed in. The shimmer content and intensity helps to mask some of the sheerness by giving the illusion of opacity. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This shade does build up, but overall if you only do 2 coats, you will most likely have some VNL show through, especially if you have a strong VNL line.

Ethereal Lacquer | Lychee

Lychee is a soft, pink tinted white crelly base with pink to orange shifting shimmer. I wore this alone in 3 thin coats but it can also be used as a topper.

Ethereal Lacquer | Grape Pop

Grape Pop is a medium-deep grape purple jelly base with holographic flecks mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Pink Pineapple

Pink Pineapple is a medium, cool leaning pink linear holographic with pink to orange shifting shimmer. I used 2 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Kiwi

Kiwi is a medium green linear holographic with gold to lime shimmer mixed in. I used 2 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Pink Grapefruit

Pink Grapefruit is a medium, neutral pink creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberry Smoothie is a medium sky blue creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Calamansi

Calamansi is a yellow leaning orange creme. Not quite as bright as an orange creamsicle color – it’s a little dustier appearing. It’s actually a really good Summer to Fall transition shade. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Honeydew

Honeydew is a cool toned, pastel green creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Fruity Juicy Part 2 Collection

One thing I do want to mention is that all 4 cremes had fantastic formulas and were all almost 1 coaters for me. Because I do thinner coats though – I did use 2 coats for each. I did not attempt stamping with them, but I would be willing to bet that they do stamp based on consistency and opacity. I will attempt it this weekend and see.

Edit: I tried stamping with all 4 cremes and they all stamp beautifully and the color is nice and bright, even over black.

There will also be a few mystery type items. The first is the Oshun Mystery Polish which is a reflective mystery polish in a mystery base color. It is inspired by the Goddess Oshun. The second is ’My Body My Choice’ which is a shimmer and holographic flake mystery polish. All proceeds will be donated to NNAF to fund reproductive healthcare.
