Elite Therapeutics Platinum Creme Review

I started using Platinum Creme by Elite Therapeutics about 3 weeks ago.  Platinum Creme is a luxurious eye and facial creme designed to help fade fine lines while boosting skin’s natural elasticity and youthful radiance.  After only 3 weeks though, it is very hard to say whether Platinum Creme does what it claims.  I can report what I’ve noticed to this point though… but first – lets look at the product itself!

The packaging looks really nice!  A sphere shaped container is nestled in a velvet lined box.  The top of the sphere has what looks like a glass window that shows silver DNA strands across a navy blue background.  It really looks awesome (and I’m a sucker for packaging and containers that are different!)

The Elite Therapeutics Platinum Creme also came with a small spatula, and I also picked up some more disposable spatulas at a local beauty shop so I wouldn’t have to keep dipping my fingers into the jar itself.  I do prefer pump bottles in order to avoid contaminating the jar, but sometimes it is what it is.

Platinum Creme has an incredibly gentle and soothing formula.  My skin is finicky and moisturizers are usually hit or miss with me (most a miss) but on first use of Platinum Creme I noticed a reduction in redness and my skin didn’t freak out.  Elite Therapeutics is a thicker creme, so I was using this at night more so than in the day.  It took several minutes to completely soak in, and in the morning I just don’t have that kind of time!  When I did apply in the morning, I did a VERY thin layer which worked out ok, but again – just took a little longer than I liked to soak in so I could go on with my makeup routine.

After about 2 weeks of use my skin definitely looked healthier, but I don’t know if that’s pure luck or the creme.  All I needed was to apply a small amount at night and smooth all over my face and neck, and in the morning all I needed was a small amount of a light moisturizer (if needed at all) and go about my day.
