I have a new Dollish Polish collection to share with you that just released this morning! This is the Dollish Polish The Neverending Story Collection!
This collection is a magical 6 piece collection of translucent glass fleck pastel holoflake. They can be used alone or over other colors, but for this review, I wore them all on their own so you can see them in all their glowy, ethereal glory.
Let’s jump right in!
Fantasia
Fantasia is a clear base with color-shifting glass fleck shimmer, iridescent micro shreds, silver holo micro shreds, chameleon micro glitters and just a sprinkling of red, pink, turquoise, gold, and blue teeny holo micro shreds. I used 2 coats and top coat for these photos.
The Nothing
The Nothing is an iridescent lilac with intense glass fleck shimmer and loaded with silver holo micro shreds. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
The Southern Oracle
The Southern Oracle is my favorite of the 6! This is an iridescent sky blue base with intense glass fleck shimmer and silver holographic microshreds. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
The Boy Warrior
The Boy Warrior is a spring green shimmer base with intense glass fleck shimmer and silver holographic microshreds. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
The Childlike Empress
The Childlike Empress is a bright gold shimmery base with intense glass fleck shimmer and silver holographic microshreds. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
The Luck Dragon
The Luck Dragon is a soft carnation pink shimmer base with intense glass fleck shimmer and silver holographic microshreds. Of the 6 shades, this one has the sheerest base, aside from Fantasia of course. It’s incredible delicate, but incredibly pretty on. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Dollish Polish The Neverending Story Collection Overview
I absolutely loved The Neverending Story growing up, and just recently watched it again with my son (he didn’t seem to love it like I did though…) so the movie (and theme song) were incredibly fresh in my mind while swatching this collection. I had no application issues, but because of the sheerer shimmery bases they did require 3 coats to get somewhat opaque. Depending on how the light hits them, you will see more or less of the shimmer. These can be used over other bases for a gorgeous look as well, but for reviews I typically like to show the polishes as is.
