Press Sample of the Different Dimension
Tea Party Collection & St Patrick’s Day Duo
It’s almost Friday the 19th – and that means it’s almost time for Different Dimension to release the Tea Party Collection and St Patrick’s Day Duo!
When I initially received these – I was smitten with the St. Patrick’s Day Duo. Missi did a chunky glitter and I was over the moon about it. Those were all the rage when I first started swatching over 9 years ago, and while I love the microglitters and shimmers.. I missed those chunky ones.
Now, I received these along with the Smitten collection, and against all the bright shades in the Smitten set, the Tea Party Collection seemed kind of meh to me. However – once I put them on, they actually won me over. So much so, that I’m tempted to say that the Tea Party collection might be my favorite release of 2021 so far. I know we’re only in mid February – but it’s rare I declare a favorite.
All 8 of these polishes release tomorrow, so lets jump in and take a look now. We’ll start with the St Patrick’s Day Duo and then move into the Tea Party Collection
Different Dimension | Keep Calm and Leprechaun
Keep Calm and Leprechaun is a white crelly base with small gold and green glitters mixed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Different Dimension | Shamrock and Roll
Shamrock and Roll is a full coverage glitter bomb! This is a clear base loaded with green and gold glitters ranging from micro to medium, with some being holographic. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Glitterbombs can be thick. Especially after the first use. They are thirsty too. My suggestion is to have some thinner handy to thin it out to the consistency you like. Even if it seems fine to you on first use, as you use that base up, it gets thicker. It’s the nature of the beast with some glitter bombs.
When on the nail – it’s going to have some texture. You can double up on top coat to smooth, or use a glitter food style topper that fills in the nooks and crannies, and then top coat.
Different Dimension | Chai Your Best
Chai Your Best is a pink tinged dusty taupe crelly base with holographic microflakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
This is my number one of the release. I absolutely adore how it looked on.
Different Dimension | Everything I Brew, I Brew It For You
Everything I Brew, I Brew It For You is a dusty light-medium blue crelly base with holographic microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Different Dimension | Smells Like Tea Spirit
Smells Like Tea Spirit is a smoke grey crelly base with holographic micro flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Different Dimension | Steep Dreams
Steep Dreams is a dusty green leaning teal crelly base with holographic microflakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Different Dimension | Sweet Dreams Are Made Of Teas
Sweet Dreams Are Made of Teas is a dusty taupey mauve crelly base with holographic microflakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Different Dimension | You’re So Brew-tiful
You’re So Brew-tiful is a taupey heather purple crelly base with holographic microflakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Different Dimension | Tea Party Collection & St Patrick’s Day Duo
I had zero application issues with these shades. The glitter bomb can be finicky if you are not accustomed to that type of finish – but man are they fun.
My top picks from this release are: Chai Your Best, Smells Like Tea Spirit, Shamrock and Roll and Sweet Dreams Are Made of Teas.

The Tea Party collection is okay, nothing really wowing me though. BUT the 2 St Paddy’s Day – OMG they are super amazing :-D
