There was over a month break in the Shooting Star Series, but they are back this week! I have the 2 newest Shooting Star Series shades to share with you – Delta Aquarids and Perseid.

If you are new to the DIFFERENT dimension’s Shooting Star Series, these are limited edition shades that release on a set date (this set will release this Friday at 9PM EST!) and once they are sold out, they are gone.  If you wish to see past Shooting Star Series shades, you can see my previous reviews.  These are no longer available, but you might find someone willing to sell if they got one that didn’t work out for them.

This week we have Delta Aquarids & Perseid, so let’s take a look at them!

Delta Aquarids

Delta Aquarids is a medium purple linear holographic base with silver holographic microglitter and silver flakes mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Perseid

Perseid is a silver ultra linear holo base packed with shifting multichrome micro flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. You can see from the bottle shot that this polish shifts all over the place! The most dominate flake color is purple (woo!) but they shift to turquoise, gold, copper, red and green. Gorgeous.

I apologize for the chewed up looking cuticles. I decided to clean up my polish room today and they are not in great shape right now.

Both of these are beautiful – but if you can only grab 1 – my pick would be Perseid. If you can grab both though, do it.
