Oh my goodness, what a DAY! Jacob and I left at our normal morning time (6:45am) so I could get him to school by 8:10 (yes, our commute sucks… and it’s literally only 12 miles away) and when I got on the freeway there was no traffic. I actually looked at my phone to see if it was Sunday. I was thinking “where is everyone?”
Well apparently it’s Columbus Day. Not a holiday I personally celebrate and work doesn’t let us off for it, and school is in session – so technically it was like every other Monday but with no traffic (woo!) and no mail (boo!)
Now that all my son’s homework is done and his newest school project has been worked on, I have time to sit down and type up another blog post! Tonight I’ll be sharing the Different Dimension Creepin’ It Real Trio!
The Different Dimension Creepin’ It Real Trio is the Halloween offerings for 2017. We have an orange holographic, a black holographic and a black and orange microglitter that is TO DIE FOR.
Let’s jump right in and take a look at this set. These will be available individually AND as a set. For an added bonus – if you buy the set you will also receive a limited edition Candy Corn cuticle oil pen. Trust me when I say it’s worth it to buy the set.
Here For The Boos
I’m starting this with Here For The Boos. If you can only buy 1 polish from this set – this one should be it. Here For The Boos is an ultra fine holographic microglitter assortment in black and orange mixed into a holographic base. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat. If you have a thinner top coat – you may need 2 coats for a completely smooth finish. Removal takes a little work due to the nature of microglitters… but it’s so worth it for the finished look.
Basic Witch
Basic Witch is a black linear holographic with silver flakes and holographic microflakes for even more sparks of color. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Boo Felicia
Boo Felicia is a vibrant orange linear holographic with silver flakes and holographic microflakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
I usually cannot pull off orange polishes, but damn this one looked nice on me.
DIFFERENT dimension Creepin’ It Real Trio
This is THE perfect, classic Halloween color set up. I plan on wearing Basic Witch with Here For The Boos as an accent nail as we get closer to Halloween. I love the traditional colors and the finishes used for these polishes. Everything applied really well, and as I said – Here For The Boos takes a bit of work for removal because of the microglitters, but oh so worth it.
