Darling Diva Polish Diamond Collection Swatches and Review

Last night I shared the Darling Diva Polish Opal Collection, and tonight I have the Diamond Collection!

The Darling Diva Polish Diamond Collection consists of 7 holographic shades which are a little on the subtle side until you get them under good lighting.  They really dazzle when the light hits just right!

I did not use a top coat in any of my photos.  I tried 3 different ones (all fast dry top coats) and all of them muted the holo.  I’m not sure if a non fast dry top coat would work better as I didn’t have any to use here.

Diamond

Diamond is a silver holographic.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Black Diamond

Black Diamond is a charcoal grey linear holo.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Blue Diamond

Blue Diamond was a favorite.  Blue Diamond is a vibrant blue linear holographic.  I used 2 coats for this photo

Pink Diamond

Pink Diamond is a soft pinkish lilac shade.  I used 2 coats for this photo.  Make sure you use a good base coat with this one as I did experience some hot pink staining when I used it.

Rose Diamond

Rose Diamond is a bright rose holographic.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Green Diamond

Green Diamond is a beautiful bright green holographic.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Chocolate Diamond

Chocolate Diamond is a silvery taupe holographic.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Overall it is a very pretty collection.  I did need to work fast, as all 7 polishes dried really fast.  I would recommend very thin coats with these polishes to avoid uneven coats.  The final product of each polish is incredibly beautiful, but as I said – these photos are with no top coat because the top coats I own muted the holo quite a bit.  All polishes were completely opaque in 2 coats, some were near 1 coaters!
