Galaxy Macaron Collection & September SPrinkle of the Month

I said yesterday that I had a LOT of stuff coming at you that releases this weekend, and tonight I’ll have 2-3 more posts up for that. First though, we’re going to look at the Cuticula Nail Care Galaxy Macaron Collection and the September SPrinkle of the Month!

The Galaxy Macaron collection is a 6 piece collection with an assortment of sweet base colors with a mix of silver holographic and gold micro flakes. The September SPrinkle of the Month is a single shade that initially was a Stamping Polish (SP in SPrinkle) but it will now be a polish that can be in any shade or finish instead of just for stamping.

All 7 of these goodies will be releasing September 12th at 8am PST. Links and info will be at the bottom of the post.

Cuticula Nail Care | Now Or Nova

Now or Nova is a dusty plum purple crelly base with silver holographic and gold micro flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cuticula Nail Care | Jupiter Recognize

Jupiter Recognize is a cool toned chocolate brown crelly base loaded with silver holographic and gold microflakes. Of the 6 Galaxy Macaron shades- this one had the most flakes in it. I was expecting it to be more textured, but they actually lay nice and flat and didn’t add much texture at all. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cuticula Nail Care | All Of A Saturn

All Of A Saturn is a medium mint green crelly base with silver holographic and gold micro flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cuticula Nail Care | Retro-gray-ed

Retro-gray-ed is a blue leaning grey crelly base with silver holographic and gold micro flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cuticula Nail Care | Star-casm

Star-casm is a medium carnation pink crelly base loaded with silver holographic and gold micro flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cuticula Nail Care | Stroke of Venus

Stroke of Venus is a soft, warm, slightly peach tinged pink crelly base with silver holographic and gold micro flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This is the most delicate shade of the collection and surprisingly, it was my favorite.

Cuticula Nail Care | Fin-fetti Cake

Fin-fetti Cake is a mint leaning aqua crelly base with rose gold, aqua, blue, purple and red micro flakes mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

As I mentioned at the top – SPrinkle of the Month shades will no longer be limited to just stamping polishes. I think we will probably see some mixed in still, but each month the SPrinkle will be opened up to any finish and whatever sparks creativity in Amanda.

I don’t know if the SPrinkle of the month is going to continue with the SP in SPrinkle or not considering… unless I truly misunderstood what SP stood for (I thought it was stamping polish, but I’m wrong a lot so …)

From this whole release, Stroke Of Venus, Fin-fetti Cake and Retro-gray-ed are absolutely my top picks. I do love the silver holo and gold microflake mixture in the Galaxy Macaron collection, it’s got that simple and elegant type vibe to it. The formula of the crellies are perfect consistencies to float the flakes and not create a huge amount of texture. All of my photos show 1 coat of top coat, and they were all smooth to the touch.
