The Supernatural Collection is a stunning 6 piece collection with the gorgeous shimmer that Contrary Polish is known for. Each polish within the collection is inspired by various entities on the Supernatural TV show.
Let’s take a look!
Banshee
Banshee is a smokey greyed out purple crelly with copper shimmer and scattered holographic. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Witch
Witch is a light beige crelly with purple shimmer and scattered holographic. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Djinn
Djinn is a deep grey with cobalt blue shimmer that seems to have a purpley shift, and scattered holographic. I ‘m not sure if the shimmer is all cobalt and it shifts, or if the grey base plays off the blue making it alter the shimmer color. Either way – it’s magnificent. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Rakashasa
Rakashasa is a bright cool toned green with peach shimmer and scattered holographic. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Amazon
Amazon is a rich cool toned red with blackened gold shimmer and scattered holographic. The blackened gold shimmer really helps deepen the already gorgeous red. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Zanna
Zanna is a medium mustard yellow jelly base with a mix of holographic elements which include a linear holographic, scattered holographic and holographic microglitter. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Contrary Polish Supernatural Collection Overview
All 6 of these applied beautifully. I love the inner glow that the shimmer lets off within each base color selected as well. One other thing I enjoyed about this collection was that it’s a Supernatural collection – but it isn’t based off the typical characters within the show – but instead the entities you see throughout the show. Very nicely done.
