Contrary Polish Holiday 2012 Collection Swatches and Review
I had the pleasure of showing off Contrary Polish earlier this past summer and those polishes absolutely BLEW ME AWAY! If you don’t recall the post – check it out HERE!
Today I have the Contrary Polish Holiday 2012 Collection to show you! This collection consists of 6 lovely polishes, all of which are PERFECT for Fall!
Bauble:
Bauble is a beautiful red jelly base with silver shimmer and red micro glitter scattered throughout. I used 3 coats for this mani and a top coat. Gorgeous Christmas polish!
Frozen:
Frozen is a white base with silver, white and blue micro glitter scattered throughout. I used 3 coats for this photo. This baby makes me think of snow!
Spruce:
Spruce is a deep dark green with duochrome shimmer scattered within! The shimmer shifts from green to gold. I used 2 coats of Spruce for this photo!
Candle Light:
Candle Light is a soft black with gold shimmer scattered within. I really love the overall look of this one. It’s dark, but when the shimmer catches the light it’s so pretty! I used 2 coats for this photo!
Mystery:
Mystery is a rich chocolate brown with bronze shimmer! In some lighting though, the chocolate brown takes on almost a purple hue, very odd, but very pretty! This is a great Fall color for your brown lovers out there! I used 2 coats for this photo!
Adorned:
Adorned is a soft gold flakie polish with gold and copper shimmer all in a clear base. I used 1 coat of Adorned over Mystery. Adorned is a nice compliment to any manicure!
The quality of all 6 polishes was absolutely perfect! As I said before, the formula of Contrary Polish could seriously give some department store polishes a run for their money!
