I have several swatches lined up for posts, many for Color4Nails shop! We’re kicking off the series of posts with the Cadillacquer The Fan Collection 2018!
This is an 8 piece collection with a fun mix of polishes to play with. There’s a lot of blue and grey going on here, so it feels Wintery to me. I am a major grey lover though, which really crept up on me over the last year.

BSoD
BSoD was in collaboration with Elena from langolodeglismalti
BSoD stands for Blue Screen of Death and it’s a medium blue jelly base with white matte hex glitters ranging from micro to medium sized. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Devotion
Devotion was made in collaboration with Ilaria from my_apawcalypse
Devotion is a deep, cool toned purple jelly with magenta shimmer and gold galaxy holographic glitter. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Cadillacquer Dean
Dean was made in collaboration with Anja from bepinselt
Dean is a black jelly based linear holographic with strong red shimmer and orange microflecks. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Gold Rush
Gold Rush was made in collaboration with Maria from thenailpolishhoarder
Gold Rush is a deep, blue leaning teal jelly base with small aqua to lime green to gold iridescent microglitters, as well as gold microglitter. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
From The Ashes
From The Ashes was created in collaboration with Alessandra from upadaisynails
From The Ashes is a light bluish grey crelly holographic packed with gold, orange, red and matte magenta glitters, as well as small iridescent blue flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
From The Ashes is my second favorite in the collection because it’s so different. It’s different, unique – but it works and it looks really good on.
Princess Swan
Princess Swan was created in collaboration with Anna from _apple_tea
Princess Swan is a light dusty blue crelly with small micro and square red metallic glitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Odette
Odette was created in collaboration with Vlada from vlada_gerra
Odette is a pale grey crelly base with scattered holographic as well as silver glitter in micro and small sizes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
White Night
White Night was created in collaboration with Marie from little_zzi
White Night is a medium grey crelly with a light scattered holographic and small and micro orange glitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Cadillacquer The Fan Collection 2018
Like I mentioned earlier – this is a very heavy grey and blue collection. Only 2 aren’t in that range. I had no application issues, but all of them needed 3 coats, which I find to be quite normal with Cadillacquer since she works with a lot of crellies and jellies. Aside for that, I had no application issues with these shades.
I do have to say that I have an incredible love for Cadillacquer because her creations are just… different. Some polishes aren’t so different, but she releases shades like From The Ashes and in my mind, that color combo shouldn’t work – but it does when she makes it.
