Tonight I have some Bow Polish Magnetic Polish to show you!

Bow Polish Magnetics Main

This isn’t my first time using magnetic polish, but this was much easier than past experiences. About 4 years ago I used some and it was difficult and designs weren’t happening with the magnets provided. They had designs already imprinted and my nails seemed to be too curved to pick up a full image. I got kind of flustered and quit after that. BUT these Bow Polish Magnetic Polish shades were a lot easier and although I’m not good at designs yet, I’m really liking the abstract nature of them.

For application, I found that applying the first coat and letting dry – then apply the second coat 1 nail at a time. As you apply the second coat to each nail, immediately hold the magnet close to the polish before it dries. You will immediately see the transformation. Do this with each nail. If you wait too long between applying the polish and holding the magnet to it, it will not work. Once all nails are done – top coat!

Here is the magnet I use for it.

Magnetic

This is $5.00 in the Color4Nails shop and is needed to do these manicures, If you have a strong magnet, I’m sure that would work as well – but this is available if you need something.

So let’s look at each one. The first one I will show the polish before using the magnet and then after so you get an idea of the change with the use of a magnet.

Even though I can’t do designs yet, I really like the look of these as is. I will keep trying though. Even without a design, they look pretty awesome! I got full opacity in just 2 coats for all of these polishes.

So what do you think? Have you tried these out yet? I have 5 more Bow Polish Magnetics to show you, I am doing them separately because they have a little more pizzazz to them and the magnetic effect is slightly more subtle. I am hoping to have them up tomorrow night!

I always fail with the magnetic polishes! They always looks so awful after I use the magnet lol may have to try these out though

The magnet is much stronger with these ones, so it will probably work out better. I couldn’t do the other ones all that well either and it was horrible

I’ve not heard of this brand before, but these are by far the best looking magnetic polishes I’ve seen. I like how you chose to utilize the magnet.

These look really cool!! I might have to order some of these, because I bet they’d make great bases for nail art!

I think it’s cool that magnetic polishes are making a bit of a comeback since I remember how excited I was when I found one just as I was starting to get into polish. I think I’d like it better if there was more of a pattern to the magnetic effect, though.

I really like magnetic polishes but I think I should invest in a stronger magnet because it gets frustrating at times!
