Direct from the company Bootie Babe:

Our passion is pretty, our focus is friendly and our goal is girly and grand: To create the worlds first line of cosmetics that feature cute, crazy and colorful bootie shaped bottles!
I was lucky enough to receive 4 bottles of this fabulous nail polish to review from their “Cutie Bootie Collection” (keep an eye out to, I heard they are coming up with a “Nudie Bootie Collection!)! I got them in yesterday and couldn’t wait to try these. So without a further wait – here are the swatches of all 4 amazing colors I received! All colors are amazing for Spring/Summer! Bright and fun!
First up is the color I’m still rockin’ at work today – Brink of Pink! If you are looking for a neon reddish pink, oh man – this is for you! Here is Brink of Pink with 2 coats on and Poshe Top Coat
Next is my second favorite of the 4, Purp Slurp. Purp Slurp is a vibrant purple. It’s not quite a neon like Brink of Pink, but it is bright. Again, I only used 2 coats and a top coat.
The third polish is Bossy Mossy, a nice bright spring green! I’m not a huge fan of greens, so I may not wear this alone, but it would be perfect for designs! 2 coats of Bossy Mossy were used and then a top coat.
Last up is Blue Baboo which is a lovely pastel blue. It isn’t neon or extremely bright, but it is still noticeable, not a quiet pastel :) I used 2 coats and a top coat to finish this color off as well!
Overall I am very pleased with these polishes. All of the colors are eye catching and wearable. I used 2 coats for each manicure and that is all I needed. Each coat took about 3 minutes tops to dry, which is wonderful when you are like me and have a 5 year old running around. When dry they aren’t quite glossy but they also aren’t matte. I prefer a glossy mani so I used a top coat. I had no issues with clumping, streaking or wateriness.
The lids I could see people having an issue with, the cap is small – but I had absolutely no issues gripping the cap and applying. All 4 brushes were great too!
Bootie Babe Fashion Cosmetics just launched their first nail polish line in October of 2011 so they are fairly new to the game, but if these 4 I received are any indication of whats to come, then they will be around for awhile!
Each bottle is .31 fl oz, so they are smaller than your average bottle like Opi, China Glaze or Zoya (each of which are .5 fl oz) but they are also a fraction of the price.
Bootie Babe nail polish is available online at http://bootiebabe.com for only $4.00 a bottle! There is a deal on their site to purchase all 12 available colors for only $36.00 which breaks down to $3.00 per bootie bottle! I’m already set to buy some as small gifts for some ladies in my life!
** These Bootie Babe nail polishes were sent to me for review. I was not paid for this review and the opinions stated here are strictly my own**
