Happy Sunday! It’s been a busy weekend, and yesterday I spent the day catching up on blog stuff I had fallen behind on now that real life settled down. I had some reach out to me, and I assure you – everything is okay now, it was just a rocky week or two. I do appreciate the concern though.
We’re going to start this lovely Sunday with the Bluebird Lacquer Easter Eggstravaganza “Advent” with consists of 8 decorative egg inspired polishes.
This is more advent style – so these are only available as one purchase and not individually. I do not know if they will be available as overpour individually in the future.

These just released on Friday, but they will be available until 11:59 pm Eastern tomorrow (March 20th) so don’t hesitate if this is something you’re interested in.
One note I will make is that my bottle of So Eggscited looked much lighter than another swatchers – so I showed Bluebird the difference and it’s possible mine faded or is a dying thermal. Lou will be reformulating it to prevent this in customer bottles.

Bluebird Lacquer | Talk is Chirp
Talk is Chirp is a slightly muted grass green base with silver holo flecks and a subtle green to lavender shifting shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Bluebird Lacquer | Hey There, Hop Stuff
Hey There, Hop Stuff is a coral jelly base with sparkling hot pink to gold shifting shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Bluebird Lacquer | Hare Raising Adventure
Hare Raising Adventure is a minty aqua crelly base with light green to aqua shifting iridescent flakes and purple metallic flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Bluebird Lacquer | Been There Bun That
Been There Bun That is a clear based topper with green to gold to pink iridescent flakes loaded in. I used 2 coats over bare gelx nails and top coat, then I applied 1 layer over a black creme.
Bluebird Lacquer | Where’d You Get Those Peepers
Where’d You Get Those Peepers is a bright yellow shimmer base with a green shift, as well as blue to green shifting ultrachrome chameleon flakes, green metallic flakes and holo micro glitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Bluebird Lacquer | Neither Hare Nor There
Neither Hare Nor There is a medium lavender crelly base with micro and small sized pink and light blue metallic flakes mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Bluebird Lacquer | So Eggscited! (Thermal)
Warning: My bottle seems to be fading – so Bluebird Lacquer will be reformulating for customers.
So Eggscited! is described as a rose to clear thermal with iridescent blue to purple shifting hex glitters. My bottle is more of a pale baby pink pastel (warm) to medium lavender tinged pink (cold) – not the rose it’s described as. I pointed out to Lou that my bottle doesn’t match the description or other swatcher photos, so she’s going to reformulate to be safe.
Bluebird Lacquer | It’s Jellybean A Long Time
It’s Jellybean A Long Time is a cyan blue jelly base with light blue to blue to green shifting iridescent flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Bluebird Lacquer | Easter Eggstravaganza Advent
This is a beautiful Spring time set of polishes and they applied beautifully. Again – the thermal will be reformulated as mine does seem to have faded.

Oh, dear. I hope the reformulation goes well. I think So Eggscited! is lovely the way it is because it reminds me of Crystal Knockout’s “Astrology Owl“.
