I have the September selection of Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer shades to show you today. I also have the next Destination Duo as well, but that will be in the next post. For this post I have the Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer Side A of the Dad’s Mixtape Collection to share with you!

This is a 4 piece collection with an assortment of finishes. I definitely have a favorite in this collection (omg that blue) but they were all wearable.

Let’s take a look.

Best Selling Show

Best Selling Show is a bright coral crelly with blue shimmer and blue microflakes added.I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

My camera doesn’t do well with neon corals/pinks/reds – and this shade has more pink to it in person than my photos captured.

A Love Such as This

A Love Such as This is a bright strawberry pink with coppery shimmer throughout. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Again, bright colors freak my camera out – this is more pink in person.

Thrill Me to the Marrow

Thrill Me to the Marrow is a an interesting neutral creme. It’s a lavender leaning taupe creme, and it’s actually quite pretty on. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it, but this would make a nice stand alone color, or a nice base for nail art. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Deep Blue Dream

I saved my favorite for last! Deep Blue Dream is a sapphire blue jelly base that is absolutely PACKED with silver ultra holo glitter and silver holo flakes. There is also green shimmer mixed in, but it pretty much plays second fiddle to all the holo goodness.

I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. For a super smooth finish though, I would suggest adding a second coat of top coat.

This wasn’t exactly what I expected from Julie in September (almost October!) and was surprised to see 2 bright shades in the mix. Not complaining though. While I am very much into the deeper Fall shades, these are nice pops of color. My favorite though is Deep Blue Dream. If you can only buy one this go around – buy that one!

Now that we’ve seen Side A of Dad’s Mixtape collection, I really can’t wait to see Side B!
