I have the horrible habit of staying up way later than I should, but even when I go to bed at a reasonable hour, I just lay there and cannot sleep!  This often leads to puffy, tired eyes in the morning.  This leads to packing on concealers and color correcters to try and make you look fresh and awake.

Let’s face it though, when you didn’t sleep much, MORE work in the morning to cover up the fact is the last thing you want to do and takes more energy than you want to put into your routine!

A month ago I received the Adovia Mineral Eye Gel and started using it immediately. Adovia Mineral Eye Gel claims to help reduce puffy eyes, fine lines and dark circles.

After a month of use, I’ve noticed it seems to reduce the appearance of puffiness and dark circles, which is good.  Fine lines though?  They still look the same.  But I’m ok with the fine lines (for now) and my main concern WAS the puffy, dark eyes.

Am I happy with Adovia Mineral Eye Gel?  Yes.  It does what I need it to do, but it doesn’t do all the claims it says it will on me.

Adovia Mineral Eye Gel absorbs quickly into the skin, is a sensitive formula for the eye area and (here’s my secret) I keep it in the fridge so when I put it on in the morning it has a wonderful cooling effect that is absolutely refreshing and a wonderful wake up in the morning.

If you are looking for a nice, gentle eye cream to help reduce puffiness or dark circles, I would recommend Adovia Mineral Eye Gel.  As I said, I saw no difference in fine lines or wrinkles, so I can’t speak on that, nor can I recommend it for that.

If you do snag this, put it in the fridge when not in use.  During the Summer, it feels amazing!
