Giveaway Items Gifted by Glisten & Glow

Sorry I’m a slacker! I had a few posts due this week, but we also had some changes to the doctor’s schedule at work, and it was busy… so I got home and slept more than usual. So I’m gonna be posting more giveaways and festivities since I just didn’t have as much time this week as I had hoped to!

There was also a case of Covid in the office, which bypassed me. So I was doing that usual “my throat is a little sore… am I sick or is it just dry…” and you imagine ailments that seem like symptoms but really you’re just getting yourself worried over nothing. I’m fine though. Coworkers are on the mend and should be back Monday.

Anyways – that’s my week in a nutshell. Tonight … we have Glisten & Glow’s creation for my 10 year blog anniversary and she sent 3 polishes to giveaway!

I’ve been working with Jill since before she made polish. I believe since 2012. So she’s among the first indie makers I worked with. Jill’s skincare/body care was already in place when I met her online… but I have been able to watch her polish side grow.

Now a little about what’s going on with this month:

To celebrate my 10 years of constant posts – I have asked for maker volunteers to create a custom polish for a series of giveaways! Each maker donated at least 2 bottles of a custom – one for me to swatch and keep for the milestone and one to giveaway. 

While they made the custom for my blog – makers were given permission to release the custom at a later date. Not all will do this – some literally made it but didn’t save a recipe while others do intend to release it later. So I did make sure there was no exclusivity to the polish, and it’s up to the makers discretion.

Each maker had free rein to create what they wished to. I am a swatcher and not a maker for a reason and each individual maker has their own signature touch.

Ode To Lisa is the polish Jill created for my blogaversary, and this is a medium purple creme with red to gold to green shifting shimmer packed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I love purple and shifting shimmer… so this is one I’m all about. Thank you Jill!

I will have a new giveaway up each day . Because of my schedule – I will draw winners for all giveaways ending that previous week on Sunday nights. I have each item in my possession so I will contact each winner for shipping information and then ship within 5 business days of receiving the shipping information.

I will only display the winners name on the widget AFTER the winner has responded to my email notifying they have won. I will be emailing from [email protected] – so please make sure the email is not in spam. If I have not received a response in 10 business days, I will draw a new winner and previous winner will forfeit their prize.

I display the names after because I have had people try to create emails and claim to be the winner before.

I will provide tracking for each winner. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once I ship, it’s out of my hands and I do not have replacement bottles.

Giveaway is open to EVERYONE. I will ship internationally for this because I want everyone who has followed along with me over the last 10 years to have a chance. Again though, if the package is missing, lost, stolen or confiscated on the way – I am not responsible for it and I will not be replacing.

I have made entering requirements easy. There are mandatory entries and one optional. The optional is only if you want an additional entry. The mandatory one you can come back daily to do as well if you wish to for more entries.
